It’s not exactly been kept quiet that Cheyrl Cole is divorcing from Ashley Cole – nor are we in the dark as to why! But we’ve heard that as of today, Cheryl Cole’s divorce has been finalised – making her no longer a married woman! Neither Cheryl Cole or Ashley Cole were expected to appear at the hearing today – Cheryl Cole has been reported as saying that the divorce would be the "final major obstacle to her recovery" from the malaria that struck her down and meant that she missed some of the X Factor 2010 auditions earlier this year. Cheryl contracted malaria after a holiday to Tanzania with her alleged new man Derek Hough – so we’re not sure if she’s so single after all!!

So we’re well and truly back into the X Factor – with X Factor 2010 already feeling the most dramatic X Factor so far – with guest X Factor Judges and auto-tune debates it’s crazy that we’re only two weeks into the X Factor 2010!!

The X Factor star of the Dublin auditions was without a doubt Mary Byrne – her version of "I Who Have Nothing" had everyone on their feet and four yeses from the X Factor 2010 judges had Mary on her way to X Factor 2010 boot camp!! And what’s more, Mary Byrne’s amazing performance has made her current favourite to win X Factor 2010!!

So Dublin finished, X Factor 2010 auditions returned to London where Cheryl Cole was left with the boys as no guest judge joined the X Factor 2010 judges. London’s tribute act of the night went to Michael Lewis – who in full MJ costume tried to convince the X Factor 2010 crowd of his Michael Jackson vocal skills … they weren’t convinced and Michael left the stage yelling at the crowd!! Luckily there was some joy at the Lond X Factor 2010 auditions as we met The REason – a group of 4 20-something guys who want to prove an X Factor group can win. They had us convinced with their acappella version of "Fight For This Love" and Cheryl loved their version of her song – they were quickly put though to Boot Camp!!

London also brought us a familiar face – Annastasia Baker was rejected from Cheryl’s judges house a few years ago, and after a quick Cowell makeover (taking her shoes off) her "Let Me Feel My Love" had her friends and family in tears and saw Annastasia firmly on her way to X Factor 2010 boot camp!!

We knew that the BB bosses would be making the most of the last ever Big Brother series but we were a little shocked to see both Chantelle and Preston enter the Ultimate Big Brother house last night – and we wonder how long they’d had to prepare – they certainly looked shocked to see each other!!

The couple met in the Big Brother house in 2006 and were married shortly after, but then divorced in 2007 after being married for nine months. It might be the Ultimate Big Brother but are they hoping for more romance between the pair?! Chantelle’s been quick to dismiss that idea – letting them know that Preston has a girlfriend, but we can see Ultimate Big Brother doing their best to pair them up!
