Don’t Stop Believing – Singer Station Through To Don’t Stop Believing Final!!

Last night saw the fist live show of Don’t Stop Believing. Hosted by Emma Bunton, Channel Five are looking for the UKs best musical performance group – a group who can sing and dance and generally entertain. The winner of Don’t Stop Believing will get an album deal – so it’s a great prize for the groups to be competing for!!

The first live Don’t Stop Believing show saw six groups of hopefuls competing to win a place in the Don’t Stop Believing final, with a second group winning a place in the Wild Card show – where runners up will compete for a second chance to get into the Don’t Stop Believing final with the hope to emerge as Don’t Stop Believing winners!!

Last night’s show saw Glasgow based group "Singer Station" wowing the Don’t Stop Believing judges with their version of Cyndi Lauper’s True Colours and the public agreed with the judges and voted them through to the Don’t Stop Believing final!! They had been up against fellow groups Dice, Manchester Show Choir, The ClasSix, Eschoir and Step Up – with the judges putting Dice through to the Don’t Stop Believing Wild Card show!!

And Don’t Stop Believing isn’t just about existing groups – they’re taking solo singing hopefuls and bringing them together to form a Don’t Stop Believing Supergroup who will perform for the UK on the Glee Club Circuit! The first five members of the supergroup were revealed as Nicola Ward, Laura Broad, Lewis Codling, Nataylia Roni and Nikhil Kalidas and we’ll meet the next five next week!!
