Christmas Betting – Snow & X Factor?!

The shops are full of Christmas goodies, so we’ve started thinking about Christmas Betting for 2011!!

It’s always nice to have a few Xmas bets leading up to the big day – if nothing else it helps distract us from how cold and dark it’s getting!!

The bookies are all over Christmas Number 1 betting with the X Factor favourite hot favourite to win the Xmas No 1 race for 2011. There was a blip in 2009 when Rage Against The Machine won Xmas Number 1 but since 2004 Simon Cowell and his X Factor Winner have topped the Christmas charts. So what about 2011!? We may not know who the X Factor 2011 Winner will be yet, but the Xmas Number 1 betting odds are all about X Factor!

There’s a campaign to get Nirvana to the top of the charts in a Rage Against The Machine style, but it’s already mid-November and we haven’t heard a lot about the campaign so we’re thinking your Christmas Number 1 bets are pretty safe on the X Factor winner to be Xmas Number 1 – especially as all of the X Facto Top 6 can actually sing!!

As far as Snow on Xmas Day goes, it’s not looking great for 2011 as Bet 365 are currently offering odds for no Snow in London on Xmas Day at 1/6!
