A spin-off from The Apprentice, Young Apprentice seeks out business minded teens to undergo a kid-gloves version of the adult Apprentice. See Lord Sugar (Sugar Daddy) turn into a sickly-sweet pie-eye father-figure, preceding his famous words 'you're fired' with the contrived 'with regret' and hurl abuse at the little sweethearts having a go at being businessmen and women.
